RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Boundless Grind Refund Processing Policy

At Boundless Grind, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our natural soy wax candles, handmade body butter, and other luxury scented products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  3. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at boundlessgrindllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:

  1. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

  2. Certain types of items, such as custom or personalized products, may also be exempt from refunds.
